Curriculum and Filmography of the Director
Alejandro Gatti studied Cinematography at the Universidad del Cine (Buenos Aires), where he was also an editor, and studied the Syd Field method for screenwriting.
He started a Creative Director for many local productions and companies. In 2006, traveled to Peru with Inca Team advertising. On his return to Argentina, he began teaching a course on film direction coordinated by the YMCA.
His first feature film "Deus ex-machina", premiered at Gaumount INCAA Espacio 0km, at the end of 2007.
During 2008 and 2009 he directed and produced CVN, working for the Argentinian unit for the American television program, at the same time he coordinates "Cine al Aire Libre", a film festival in Ramos Mejia.
In his film career, he has directed short films in both digital video and film, and won a number of screenplay competitions.
Alejandro Gatti is now working on the post-production of "Midnight Guitar: The Inner War), which he believes will be his best work to date.
